HarbourYard was formed out of frustration with the used online parts market after repeatedly trying to forward and search for spares but receiving spam emails, advertisements, and time wasters.
Something specialized for the caliber of the marine industry was not there, especially for 'second hand' and aftermarket items.
A direct, streamlined and effective approach in this area was needed and we intend to fill that gap dependably 'day in day out'.
We have a combined background in sales, maritime law, shipowning, and the spares market; a combination necessary to provide a "seaworthy" business environment.
This was born from the experience and difficulties in maintaining vessels of various years of build.
